 About the Personal Development Plan (PDP)

 This is PDP is personal to you in that you will determine your goals and the learning needs that you need to acquire in order to meet your goals. It is also a requirement for this module and where you need demonstrate the development of specific employability skills.This will be reviewed by the module leader to ensure you will be able to meet the module requirements.

The PDP is divided into 3 sections:

1. About you and your goals
2. Your learning needs analysis
3. Review and reflection on the achievement of your goals

A final section is a Reflective diary which is not part of the formal requirements but will help you chart your progress

The PDP is a tool to help you achieve the learning outcomes and will be assessed
